Rich soda artificial dyes and sugar. Studies have linked soda to osteoporosis, obesity, tooth decay and heart disease. Sugary drinks like soda syrup and carbonated beverages (including sports drinks) can cause erosion and damage to teeth. Diet drinks are not recommended because it causes erosion of the teeth, because the bubble in acidic beverages. Water and milk is the best drink in between meals.
