4. Popcorn at the movies.

Sitting in the cinema while watching 90-minute length movies always seem incomplete without the company of popcorn. This is often done without making you aware of excess calories. Based on the results of a study from Cornell University, as the old popcorn served in a large box, the audience ate 34% more than when they ate the same old popcorn in the container was.

Fresh popcorn from a large container to make the participants ate 45% more than when eating fresh popcorn from the container medium. For comparison, a box of popcorn with no butter box contains are 951 calories, no fat and no cholesterol. Medium, large box (about 20 cups) with butter contains 1238 calories and 78 grams of fat, 49 grams of fat is saturated fat, equivalent to the recommended intake of saturated fat 2 days. Calculate the combined consumption of medium-size popcorn and cola, this means you have to consume nearly 1,200 calories.
